About Slice

Slice is a proptech platform launched by Cornerstone Advisory Partners, a financial advisory and asset management firm. Our mission is to make real estate simple, accessible, and rewarding for everyone — starting from ₦100,000 (or $60).

Using a blend of legal structuring, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory alignment, Slice enables fractional ownership in vetted, income-generating properties — starting in Nigeria, and expanding into other African gateway cities.

Investment Model Highlights

• Structured via SPVs: Each property is held in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered under Nigerian law
• Tokens represent economic rights, not legal title — allowing flexible and transparent income participation
• Target returns: 22–28% annually (rental income + capital appreciation)
• Exit opportunities: Through our secondary market (subject to lock-up terms and regulatory approval)
